Parce qu\u2019il ne <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">correspond pas aux int\u00e9r\u00eats profonds du territoire [&#8230;] e<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">n plus, nous sommes loin d\u2019avoir toutes les d<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">onn\u00e9es, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tant <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">il <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">y <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">d\u2019inconnues et<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">d\u2019hypoth\u00e8se<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lacunaires.<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><strong>Yves Salanave-P\u00e9h\u00e9, \u00e9lu du C\u0153ur de B\u00e9arn, a tenu un discours sur le Grand Projet ferroviaire du Sud-Ouest (GPSO) \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la Session des Orientations Budg\u00e9taires. <\/strong><strong>L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e D\u00e9partementale s\u2019est engag\u00e9e majoritairement en faveur de la Ligne \u00e0 Grande Vitesse au Sud de Bordeaux. La majorit\u00e9 des \u00e9lu.es du Groupe de Gauche a vot\u00e9 contre. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Ce chantier se chiffre \u00e0 plus de 200 millions d\u2019euros. Un dossier d\u2019une importance capitale pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie et l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du territoire, pourtant jalonn\u00e9 d\u2019incertitudes. S\u2019il y a n\u00e9anmoins un point sur lequel les \u00e9lu.es s\u2019accordent, c\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 terme, les cons\u00e9quences sur l\u2019environnement pourraient \u00eatre d\u00e9sastreuses. 6 300 hectares de terre seront ainsi \u00ab engloutis \u00bb, au nom d\u2019un hypoth\u00e9tique \u00ab gain de temps \u00bb qui ne profitera ni au B\u00e9arn ni \u00e0 la Bigorre.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que ce projet doit se mettre au service de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif, il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9gitime d\u2019en sonder l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des citoyen.nes. Et, naturellement, de mener une analyse approfondie de ses opportunit\u00e9s et limites, ainsi que de la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents modes de transport existants (ferroviaire, maritime). Enfin, dans le dossier GPSO, le sujet tout aussi capital du fret est, peu ou prou, abord\u00e9. Alors qu\u2019il repr\u00e9sente le premier \u00e9metteur de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre en France. Il est donc indispensable que les n\u00e9gociations se poursuivent, que la LGV se construise en coh\u00e9rence avec la politique, les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de notre territoire.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<div
