L\u2019immobilier est devenu une pr\u00e9occupation majeure pour ceux qui habitent ou tentent de trouver un toit. Ces probl\u00e8mes touchent bien \u00e9videmment le littoral, mais plus largement l\u2019ensemble du D\u00e9partement.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Une motion concernant la d\u00e9fense du droit au logement des populations locales a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par le Groupe. Nadine Barthe, Conseill\u00e8re d\u00e9partementale du C\u0153ur de B\u00e9arn et rapporteuse sur le sujet, dresse une analyse de la situation immobili\u00e8re dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Les difficult\u00e9s pour trouver un logement sont pr\u00e9gnantes, plus encore sur le Pays basque. Elles se mesurent \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Le foncier se rar\u00e9fie du fait de l\u2019acquisition massive de r\u00e9sidences secondaires au niveau du littoral, \u00e0 Biarritz et \u00e0 Saint-Jean-de-Luz (pr\u00e8s de 50 000). Cela rend les habitats disponibles moins accessibles \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des pr\u00e9caires et g\u00e9n\u00e8re des mouvements de protestation, comme \u00e0 Bayonne o\u00f9 plusieurs milliers de personnes ont manifest\u00e9. Une situation d\u00e9licate, consid\u00e9rant que 75% de la population est \u00e9ligible \u00e0 un logement social. Parmi elle se trouvent les jeunes actifs. Ces derniers peinent \u00e0 s\u2019installer sur le territoire, ce qui pose d\u2019\u00e9vidents probl\u00e8mes de recrutement dans les secteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et \u00e0 l\u2019industrie. C\u2019est pourquoi il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9activer au plus vite les programmes de construction de logements sociaux et de r\u00e9guler les meubl\u00e9s touristiques.<\/p>\n\n
