Devant l\u2019assembl\u00e9e du Parlement de Navarre, elle a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la position du Groupe quant \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de renouveler le Plan d\u2019actions d\u00e9partemental de l\u2019habitat, expirant \u00e0 la fin de&nbsp;l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques connaissent une forte crise du logement social. \u00c0 ce jour, les communes croulent sous les demandes d\u2019h\u00e9bergement. Alors pour anticiper l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de ces nouveaux habitant.es, la dynamique de r\u00e9habilitation des logements vacants se poursuit, r\u00e9veillant les tensions. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le rapport du D\u00e9partement, 17 000 dossiers seraient sur liste d\u2019attente, B\u00e9arn et Pays basque confondus, en ville comme \u00e0 la campagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que faire&nbsp;? Premi\u00e8rement, il est n\u00e9cessaire de lever le voile sur le financement public et priv\u00e9 de ces logements, dans un souci de clart\u00e9, de transparence. Par exemple, quel est le niveau de prise en charge de l\u2019\u00c9tat&nbsp;? Dans un second temps, le programme doit prioriser les personnes aux revenus les plus modestes afin de lutter contre la perte d\u2019autonomie et la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Enfin, si le dispositif a fait ses preuves sous les mandatures pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, il n\u2019en demeure pas moins incomplet, eu \u00e9gard aux difficult\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s au logement des jeunes ou bien des publics fragilis\u00e9s&nbsp;; le compl\u00e9ter serait bienvenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div
