Franck Lamas, Conseiller d\u00e9partemental de Pau-1 et rapporteur sur le sujet, d\u00e9plore sa mise en \u0153uvre, effective depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> d\u00e9cembre 2021, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 ajourn\u00e9e en raison de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plein d\u00e9ni de r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le Gouvernement a choisi de se maintenir sur la r\u00e9vision du mode de calcul de l\u2019indemnisation des demandeurs d\u2019emploi, contre les recommandations du Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat, et faisant fi des griefs \u00e9mis par les professionnels du secteur, syndicats compris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela signifie un allongement de la dur\u00e9e minimale de travail pour \u00eatre indemnis\u00e9. L\u2019UNEDIC estime \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 840 000 le nombre de demandeurs d\u2019emploi l\u00e9s\u00e9s, qui verront leurs indemnit\u00e9s ch\u00f4mage diminuer. Cet \u00e9miettement des droits des allocataires p\u00e9nalisera les plus pr\u00e9caires, alternant contrats courts et p\u00e9riodes d\u2019inactivit\u00e9. Ces mesures \u2013 injustes \u2013 condamneront des milliers de fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9 et \u00e0 d\u00e9pendre encore plus s\u00e9v\u00e8rement des incertitudes pesant sur le
