Celle-ci, on peut l\u2019imaginer, devrait se maintenir, voire s\u2019accentuer, avec les effets du confinement nettement palpables sur notre d\u00e9partement et notamment sur la c\u00f4te basque. Pourquoi cette dynamique n\u2019a-t-elle pas \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en compte lors du Budget Primitif ? On parle de 29 millions d\u2019euros, pas d\u2019une bagatelle !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attentif \u00e0 une saine gestion, le Groupe de Gauche propose d\u2019affecter 15 millions d\u2019\u20ac, &nbsp;soit un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 la diminution du recours \u00e0 l\u2019emprunt, et 14 millions d\u2019\u20ac au financement de mesures notamment en direction des populations les plus faibles, ou fragilis\u00e9es par la crise sanitaire et la crise sociale qui risque de s\u2019ensuivre ; ces mesures pourraient aussi permettre aux agents actuellement en poste de travailler dans de meilleures
