Notre instance va \u00eatre une sorte de vigie d&rsquo;un d\u00e9sastre annonc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix de l&rsquo;Ex\u00e9cutif de rembourser la dette, \u00e0 un niveau in\u00e9dit de leur
