nouvelle conditions ?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0ecdfb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0ecdfb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s deux ans de gel des aides d\u00e9partementales pour soutenir les communes dans leurs investissements, la lev\u00e9e de cette suspension est une bonne nouvelle pour les projets locaux.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outre l\u2019enveloppe financi\u00e8re globale en baisse, le nouveau r\u00e8glement propos\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cutif durcit certains crit\u00e8res, ce qui va malheureusement exclure de nombreuses communes : alors que 520 d\u2019entre elles \u00e9taient \u00e9ligibles en 2022, elles ne seront plus que 385 demain, soit une baisse de 25 % !<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il faut cependant souligner que le nouveau r\u00e8glement int\u00e8gre des crit\u00e8res \u00e9cologiques qui ont vocation \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le bilan carbone, limiter l\u2019artificialisation des sols, r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9mission des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre et baisser les consommations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, une importance accrue est donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie d\u00e9partementale pour aider en amont \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des projets.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9af8ec4 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9af8ec4\"
