En laissant le m\u00e9c\u00e9nat financer des besoins structurants pour le territoire, nous risquons de voir les priorit\u00e9s d\u00e9partementales dict\u00e9es par des fondations priv\u00e9es, au profit des projets les plus glamour ou m\u00e9diatiques, d\u00e9laissant ainsi des besoins essentiels mais moins visibles.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, la philanthropie est par nature in\u00e9galitaire et r\u00e9vocable. Elle se concentre sur les zones d\u00e9j\u00e0 dynamiques et peut s&rsquo;arr\u00eater au gr\u00e9 des changements de strat\u00e9gie des entreprises. Passer \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me fond\u00e9 sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, c\u2019est fragiliser le service public et offrir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat un pr\u00e9texte pour se d\u00e9sengager davantage, raison pour laquelle les \u00e9lu-es Gauche 64 refusent cette privatisation rampante de l\u2019action publique.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
