Piloter un d\u00e9partement ne consiste pas \u00e0 ignorer ceux qui le font vivre, mais \u00e0 construire avec eux :<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en instaurant notamment un nouveau dispositif d\u2019analyse des comptes des associations, <strong>la majorit\u00e9 acte la rupture du pacte de confiance avec ses partenaires historiques.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-231413f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"231413f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Outrepasser les instances d\u00e9cisionnaires<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2cafabc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2cafabc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, le cas de l\u2019Agence D\u00e9partementale du Tourisme (ADT) est symptomatique de cette d\u00e9rive\u00a0: <strong>des d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques sont prises sans l\u2019avis du Conseil d\u2019Administration<\/strong>\u00a0; des engagements financiers lourds (120 000 \u20ac par an) sont d\u00e9voil\u00e9s dans les journaux avant m\u00eame d\u2019\u00eatre soumis au vote.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous refusons de servir de caution \u00e0 une instance o\u00f9 les proc\u00e9dures statutaires sont bafou\u00e9es et o\u00f9 la d\u00e9cision politique est confisqu\u00e9e par une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;individus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tandis que la droite court-circuite le d\u00e9bat d\u00e9mocratique \u00e0 tout va, l<strong>es \u00e9lu-es Gauche 64 demandent le respect des commissions de travail comme v\u00e9ritables lieux de d\u00e9bat<\/strong>, la fin des d\u00e9cisions annonc\u00e9es dans la presse avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre vot\u00e9es et une v\u00e9ritable concertation avec les partenaires du D\u00e9partement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre Assembl\u00e9e d\u00e9partementale m\u00e9rite mieux que ce bricolage permanent. Elle a besoin d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9flexion politique, de clart\u00e9 et, par-dessus tout, de respect des r\u00e8gles qui fondent notre vie d\u00e9mocratique.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a380542 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\"
